Applebee's Grill + Bar

Unfortunately had a frustrating and ultimately bad experience here tonight. Ordered door dash and whoever packed my meal put my receipt on someone else's order. I got 2 molten lava cakes instead of a grilled chicken meal. I called and the manager was very very kind but there wasn't much she could do so I've been waiting on door dash to refund. At 1030pm when it looked like I wouldn't be getting a refund any time soon, I ordered the same meal and for a way to pick it up. I was so disappointed to find that the fries were sparse and obviously the end of the fryer, the chicken was very dry, and there was only one piece of broccoli. As it was now 11pm and I just wanted to eat and go to bed, I didn't go back in. Super disappointed.

Highly recommend the Southwest Chicken Bowl! Super tasty, fresh ingredients, and a great overall meal. I’ll definitely be ordering this again.

Excellent place off the highway near Rexburg. We were craving some regular food after a series of junk food and found this along the way. They have a 50% off apps offer running and that along with some wonderful food made for a good late lunch. Service was prompt. Atmosphere was not too loud.

The last three times in a row being to Applebee’s car side to go has been pretty unfortunate. The first time we went, I ordered, honey barbecue boneless wings and hot classic bone in wings. We drove to a nice spot to eat and we had two of the same bone in hot buffalo wings. Drove back and got a replacement. The second time we went, we ordered the same thing and got bone in hot buffalo and boneless but still hot buffalo. This time, today, we ordered honey bbq boneless and classic bone in buffalo. This time didn’t get ranch or celery and the flavor was hot buffalo. So each time we’ve been, they have gotten something wrong with our simple order. Please pay more attention or double check that the order is right before bringing it out. This is within a 2 week span.

Our food was great and our server was outstanding! I think her name was Sammie, she was so friendly, easy to talk to and made sure we had everything we asked for in a timely manner!
