Applebee's Grill + Bar

Our server Jenn did not have to strive to provide the 10 out of 5 star service and dining experience today. She is very attentive, kind and all smiles. Clean restaurant, quick and hot food, great drinks with many options and always great dining when in the establishment.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience thanks to Howard, he went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Shared laughs and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask I always had a side of water, kept a great attitude the entire time, and made the whole meal feel welcoming and enjoyable. This is the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. Management should be incredibly proud to have someone like him on the team. If there’s an Employee of the Month, Howard absolutely deserves it. Give this man a raise!

We had such a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to Howard! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He checked on us at all the right times, made sure our drinks were always full, and gave great menu recommendations. What really stood out was his positive attitude and how he made us feel taken care of without being overbearing. It’s clear he takes pride in his job and truly cares about his guests having a great experience. If you visit Applebee’s, ask for Howard — you won’t be disappointed!

Went for an early dinner on a Saturday rainy afternoon. There was one couple ahead of us to be seated so our wait time for a table was about 5 minutes. Upon entering the restaurant we could see the bar was full and also the left side of the dining room was packed with families and screaming kids. I asked the host to seat us on the other side of the restaurant where it was very quiet with adults only and that seemed to be a problem to him. He really wanted to seat the two of us in the loud, packed dining area on the left side, but I refused to go there with him. The other (right) side had three couples, plenty of room and that’s where I wanted to sit, so he finally brought us over there. This was our first time at this location. It has been about 8 years since I last ate at the Latham, NY,

Server was SLOW. Took 15 mins to get drinks and 30 mins to get dinner no apps. 2 burgers (didn't ask how to prepare) and 2 pastas ( 1 runny 1 dry). Not sure if we will go back def had better outcome at others.
