Applebee's Grill + Bar

Just horrible experience the waiter had no awareness or care in the world gets mad at her table she’s hosting of 8 people and got mad her table asked for refills then took the drinks off her plate since she clearly didn’t care to ask if they wanted refills then I say therefore an hour had my cup wide open empty as can be and she passed us like 6 times didn’t even bother to ask then my significant other gets a steak says well done and it comes medium rare then the best they could do was medium 😑 very sad.food came out mediocre and just the waitress sucked! Do not go to this Applebees waste of time! I gave her no tip for that poor service!

The staff was working - we sat at the bar. Our bartender was delivering food to tables. I saw waitresses literally jogging from tables to kitchen and hustling from kitchen to tables. But my food was cold; not only cold - it was overcooked. They gave us plasticware - not actual silverware. To me, this indicates a lack of good management. They are understaffed and under-supported. Disappointed in the overall experience but I don’t think it was the staff to blame.

Handicap bathroom didn’t even have a lock on it. One of the paper towel dispensers doesn’t even work in the bathroom. Restaurant was so dirty. My server was great, but the person training her was insanely rude to me and my friend. As soon as I came in I wasn’t greeted. I was just told that I had to sit in a booth because she was cleaning the bar. Which was fine, but I then told my server we would have another person coming, so I had to order drinks for her, because they said the bar closed at 10:45pm which was news to me because I came last week and had drinks past 11pm. The trainer then set our drinks angrily on the table, and said “ I can only have so many drinks at the table, this is a restaurant not a bar.” The comment literally upset me because I felt like she was getting upset with

I'm disappointed with my recent visit to Applebee's. I ordered the Chicken Tortilla Soup, and it arrived lukewarm. I asked our server to warm it up, but unfortunately, that made the tortilla chips soggy, turning the whole dish into a mushy mess. In hindsight, I wish they had offered to bring me a new bowl or extra chips on the side. What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server was friendly when we first ordered, but after that, we were pretty much forgotten. They only checked in on us once the entire meal, despite us being pretty visible. It felt like they had abandoned us! I noticed there were plenty of staff around, including managers and a bus person, but no one else seemed to care that we were there. Service is very slow. This is actually the first time we’ve been back here in two or three years because it was slow last time also. But the food is usually pretty good.
