Applebee's Grill + Bar

Good food. My steak was a little over-cooked. The rest was good & it's in a great location. It's a busy place and they do good business there. It's in a wonderful area, lots of shopping around. PS. Mia was AWESOME! The store was clean, restroom was cleaned & stocked. No trash on floors.

I was staying down the street at a hotel while traveling for work. I stopped in and had the 12oz steak, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. I really didn't expect much but that food was delicious! 10/10

Just a warning if you have the $50 gift card with the $10 bonus “gift card” they don’t see the $10 gift card as that. They see it as a “discount”. We frequent this place and usually have a good experience. We got those two gift cards for Christmas. Our bill was $57. We gave the waiter the $50 and forgot to hand him the $10 one. He came back and I handed him the $10 one. It wouldn’t go through after the main gift card and we had to use our debit card to pay the rest of the bill. No one told the person that gave us the gift cards that tidbit of information either. The manager was no help and rude. She did nothing to fix the situation. She just looked at us waiting for us to hand her our debit card to pay the rest of our bill. This is the first time I’ve never left a tip. I feel terrible but

Only my third Applebee's establishment. Kimmel at the bar was great and pleasant to engage with. After a long games great place to unwind.

The restaurant was very understaffed. Our waiter was running around trying to do everything. There were a lot of people who came in that were not seated and wound up leaving because they didn't have enough waiters. The food was mediocre, the spinach dip with tortilla chips was not great. The tortilla chips tasted like they had been fried in very old oil. I asked for my hamburger to be well done and it came medium at best. It was all pink inside. I didn't ask for a new one because it had taken so long for us to get our food. This was not a great experience. I've been to Applebee's before and it's been much better. This one just needs to hire more people.
