Its been years since I've been to an Applebee's and I see why. Our food took forever to come out and be cold. Our waitress got lost (I had to get up and find her), the staff was loud in the back playing rap music and the restaurant smelled. Never going back. Plus, the prices food not match the quality that's expected.

I usually dont have a problem with this place, but when you order for take out it seems this place does not care about your food. I just picked up my order about 10 minutes ago and ate two bites of my bourbon chicken and realized it was raw on the inside. How do you serve raw chicken?? I truly hope I don't get sick from this

Wonderful welcoming and professional service from Hailey and the manager khaijah. She made sure food was hot and took the time to make sure our order was right. It was me and my twin birthday. Very happy even offered me a brownie bite. Will definitely be back.

We were one of just a few customers in the restaurant when we arrived. The waitress was great, we sat at the bar, but several other people came in and ordered the 2 for 25 offer and received their entire meal before we even received our spinach dip. 2nd cook arrived late. We had to get the entrees to go and were still there 1.5 hours.. a prime football game was only on 1 screen after asking to put it on instead of pet videos...and the portion we received was half a plate after paying the SEVEN additional dollars to add on for salmon. Very disappointed.
