Applebee's Grill + Bar

Honestly always love when I can come here, the people have always been nice, the service quick and prompt, and ngl really liking the music they got going on. I wanna say he's the manager, but he even brought me out my second drink n poured my first glass. Love it, makes me feel like fine dinning at a price anyone can afford, granted I'm a bigback n an alcohol so I had to try they're yummy desserts n new cocktails

Tonight's experience was awesome! Friendly & attentive service, loved the new dish ~ very much appreciate the amends from yesterday's not so great visit... I'm really glad I came back to see your sincerity in making things right / better 😀

After we sat down we got our drinks pretty fast and that was about it. Took 15 minutes before we were asked about our order and then after 15-20 minutes of no food and only being the 4th table in there we were told by the server the computer went down and she had to ring in our food again. But when the manager came he said that it was her second day so I'm guessing she didn't put it in. As we watched other tables get their food that came after us. The table behind us had their order "put in" three different times and they were talking about leaving. After we got our food everything was cold couldn't eat the pancakes because the butter wouldn't melt and my eggs were over well when they were supposed to be over medium. Would have liked to ask for it to be warmed up but never saw another work

The waitress was very friendly and personable. Food was delicious and fresh. The manager was very friendly as well. He went around to the tables to make sure everything was ok.

I've already been waiting a half hour for my food and it's not even busy. Will not he back. Update, we had to wait 40 minutes for the wrong food. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I got a burger instead. My fries were room temperature. The French onion soup was good. The waiter Jamie tried his best. No hard feelings towards him. I've never been more disappointed in an overall experience. My gf pancake was cold also with no butter
