Applebee's Grill + Bar

I called to get a carside Togo order for just some boneless wings but needed to speak directly to someone to place my order since I wanted light sauce. The woman I spoke with for the order was great, she even convinced me to get some wonton tacos by upselling them. I was happy she did because I do love the tacos. Very disappointed once I arrived though. I pulled up to the carside togo spot and waited in my car for about 10 minutes, when I noticed everyone else in the carside spots were all going inside annoyed. I thought they come to you. Finally I decided to get out of my car and go inside to see what was going on with my orders since I was sitting in my car for 10 minutes, only to see 6 other people standing in the to go area waiting for their food as well. I came here to eat and spend my Valentine's Day with my husband and had a waiter named bill. Who was terrible? Might I add? He took forever to get my beverages. Never brought my steak sauce. I couldn't eat my steak because of it had to wait to catch somebody else to bring it to me. Never checked back on me stood there and diddily dadied and talked about his hometown and I don't know Texas or Tennessee or something. I don't know what the hell he was saying. Worse waiter ever worse experience ever Then, he had the audacity to say he was a server for over 30 years. My friend, then you should know how to do your job. You have no clue how to be a waiter. Coming to this Applebees is always a great experience. The food comes out hot and fresh, and the staff is very pleasant. Our waitress Jessica was very knowledgeable of the items on the menu and made sure my table was taken care of. Keep up the great work!!

Finally shoveled out to have a great meal at Applebees. Wonton tacos are always the best. Jessica is such a great server. Gets our food right every time. Always smiling. Always a pleasure.

My husband had taken me and our daughter out for lunch today and the server, Bill B, was outstanding to say the least! Because of him we will definitely be going back there soon and we hope to get him again! His customer service was amazing, our daughter absolutely loved him just as much as we did, and he had the whole section DOWN PACKED! He did not skip a beat! This man deserves a raise!
