Applebee's Grill + Bar

I’m writing this review as a NYer visiting GA. When I got to the restaurant there was maybe 6-10 tables occupied with guest, and a few ppl at the bar. The person who showed us to our seats asked ME to pick up the menus, that was my first eyebrow raise. After being seated, we looked through the menus and waited, 15mins passed and no one came to the table, so I asked the person who sat us to let the waitress know we were ready to place our orders. Another 10mins passed before the waitress came to us, and when she did, she was not in a good mood. She took the orders and when she was done my mom asked her how long it would be, because we were already sitting there a while. She said “I don’t know because I only came over here to take the drink orders, and I have to cash out that table before I

I really don't eat at Applebee's like that but my Aunt gave me some gift cards so what the heck. My waitress Jayla was super friendly, sweet & attentive. I'm big on customer service and I really appreciate her. The food wasn't bad everything came out fresh & hot. Okay Applebee's 😀

The appearance of my food was unacceptable, especially this dip it tasted old. The manager on duty was very friendly and polite. He remade everything and it looked and tasted fresh.

The Applebee's of StoneCrest was accommodating to the party of 10 in my granddaughter birthday celebration lunch. Although the waitress was overwhelmed with so many orders and wasn't able to please everyone I felt she did a good job. Thank you Applebee's offering a decent discount to the meal that was not served.

The lady bartender was good, very attentive even though she was busy. I ordered the special won ton tacos, boneless wings, and a bacon burger. All was good.
