Applebee's Grill + Bar

Had a birthday party there last night. The two server's we had Chelsea and Tigest were absolutely phenomenal. Very attentive. The staff there even made special accommodation for one with dietary restrictions. Everyone in the party was super satisfied with the service from the entire staff.

Showed up for lunch before lunch crowd got started. Around 11 this is what we got. For the price of 80.00 including tip it should have been a better experience. There were fingerprints all over the front door and the foyer was unkept. When I went to the restroom to wash my hands. I observed trash above and under every table. If they don't serve breakfast none of that should have been there. Bathroom didn't smell very good either and our host had a huge booger in his nose he touched all of our utensils.

Don was a great waiter, very attentive but the food was absolutely inedible. The steak literally looked like a the bottom of my shoe, it was definitely microwaved. The fish was slimy and pink for some reason? The pork cutlets were way over seasoned and they drowned it in BBQ sauce to hide the foul flavor. I've had McDonald's burgers better than this. But hey at least my fries had a dash or two of salt and pepper I had to put on myself. I don't know where these good reviews are coming from, but I came here years ago and the service and food was the same. But at least this time my silverware was washed!

We eat here a lot and it always good, but tonight I must say the service was exceptional. It only that, the food was hot and delish! The manager rounded to make sure all was well and our waitress Chelsey was the best as usual! She is attentive, witty, and always makes us feel welcome! Thanks Neighborhood Bar & Grill! 😁

Tigest was our waitress and she was the bees knees! She was attentive and gave great suggestions! My wife got a steak, and I got a queadilla burger. They were both seasoned well and tender! Whoever the cook was needs to STAY ON THAT LINE! 🙌
