Applebee's Grill + Bar

Jay, our host was amazing! Very personable, funny and smart, we enjoyed chatting with him and he made us feel very welcomed!! Our food was great, although the lettuce from the ceaser salad was red in some places. Aside from that we got the combo sampler where everything was hot, the sirloin steak, ordered medium rare, came out rare, but was an easy fix and replaced, and the 4 Mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken was perfect! Our service was fast and our waitress was courteous and kept drinks filled. Our 5 stars is solely based from Jays awesome service!!! He is great!! Aside from Jays service we would give a 4.

The atmosphere and cleanliness was good. The waiter was friendly and on top of things. The food was a big disappointment. The cheese sticks were cold in the middle, the chicken tasted undercooked, and the taste of the food was not well. The only thing that was really good was the spinach dip. Four of us ordered meals and appetizers and none of us ate our meals. It was my daughter’s birthday and it was very disappointing. I will not be back. It use to be really good, I’ve always loved Applebees ,maybe it was this particular location.

Honestly wasn’t a bad experience. The food wasn’t that great, but it’s cheap. We waited an hour for our main food. Our server let us know there was a mishap in the back and that he would bring our food right out. Since it took so long, he asked the manager for a discount but the manager refused. Our server offered to pay half out of his own pocket. I think that this is horrible practice for management and they should be embarrassed their server was going to take their own tip money to pay half our bill because some manager wouldn’t comp it (which we did not ask for).

Awesome food ,service and atmosphere! The best drinks. I highly recommend the Fiesta lime chicken

The food was okay. I split the grilled cheese cheeseburger and fries but it also came with tomato soup ( I guess to dunk your sandwich in but I didn’t care for the soup) with my wife so I had half of her grilled chicken w/onions and mashed potatoes. The mozzarella sticks were OK not great also. Our waitress was really nice, but seemed overwhelmed and at times seemed agitated.
