Applebee's Grill + Bar

Arrived to a table that was dirty underneath. Sincere, our host, cleaned it up without hesitation. We appreciated him so much for that! However, when my food came out - it had hair in it. The manager was receptive and removed it from our bill and also gave us 30% off our bill. Very pleased with the way they handled this, but can’t say I’ll be back.

The "5 star" rating and review are solely meant for Andi S. The other two individuals I had the misfortune of dealing with deserve "0 star" ratings and reprimand. On 2/14/26 (from approximately 8:20 PM - 9:30 PM), I saw Andi exhibit great initiative and urgency in her attempts to serve all seated diners assigned to her while simultaneously (and really singlehandedly) solving issues with the part of the business that involves handling delivery and curbside "to go" orders. Of the three people (including a manager) handling outbound orders, Andi was the only one who stepped up and actually tried to solve problems that routinely cause extreme delay with delivery. The other two kept passively responding with non-answers like, "we are still working on it... please be patient... we are busy righ

Waited 30/40 mins for entree asked for medium well took so long to come I asked for to go I opened up the box and it came out like this what a joke how does ppl serve food look like I should’ve known better from Applebees smh chilis is way better

I’ve always had a good experience at the Applebees location in Kearny but today was AMAZING!! Our waitress Ms. Barbara was everything we needed and then some! Ms. Barbara was attentive, respectful, charismatic, understanding and made sure it was a service with a smile! 😁 My mom and I even had the pleasure of meeting her manager who was also wonderful and the conversations was top tier! They even accommodated me with a birthday dessert on the house. Overall, Miss Barbara and the rest of the Applebee’s staff in Kearney was a breath of fresh air and I will continue to dine at that location!

I had a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to our server, Kassandra. She was friendly from the moment we sat down and made us feel really welcome. She checked on us just the right amount, gave helpful menu suggestions, and made sure everything came out the way we wanted. Her attitude was upbeat the whole time and it made the visit so much better. Kassandra is the kind of server who really makes a difference, and I’d happily come back just to be in her section again.
