Applebee's Grill + Bar

Decided to try Hurricanes’s new Applebees. Loved the local vibes atmosphere with the town history and supporting Hurricane High. We came on a slow Sunday afternoon for a late last much/ early dinner. Staff was decent. Waitress was a little slow on drinks, taking our order and checking in but not bad. Food was pretty good as well. Plan on coming again

Update: general manager made it right. We were so excited to finally have something new in hurricane and was very disappointed. What a horrible experience. We got seated very quickly but it was 20 minutes until anyone even came up to us to get drinks. After that it was another 40 minutes to get our food. I got a drink and our server didn’t ask if I wanted another one thru the whole experience . She also took my wife’s ranch dip as she was eating? That one threw us off lol fries were bland . We also got an onion ring appetizer and it was anything but appetizing.

It was amazing Kristi was an wonderful server I would run out of a drink and immediately was there and the cinnamon rolls were amazing

Kristi is dinomite! She's on the ball. Our drinks were full the entire time. Great server!

Marissa made the whole visit worth it . Even thought we had to wait forever food . And food was just okay steak was tuff didn’t finish it . Thank you Marissa .
