Applebee's Grill + Bar

Honestly for $42 I would have expected better service from the server/bartender really didn’t introduce herself but I’m not mad about that . Now onto the food honestly the burger would have been better with queso cheese instead of a melted pool of grease and cheese the fries definitely were kind of cold the appetizer could’ve been better but my food was alright rice tasted super old. The sizzling cookie pie thing was super disappointing like look at the cookie portion size compared to the ice cream serving size I’m actually super disappointed normally Huber heights is better but clearly should’ve went to chilis

It took 10 minutes to see a waitress, another long wait to get our drinks. After the drinks showed up another minutes for my wife to get her food, then we waited another 20 to get the remaining 2 dinners. The manager gave us a 10% discount.... I am a Veteran so that wasn't even close to compensate us. My chicken was tough and chewy. Three unsatisfied customers! The place was not full. SMH

Honestly I waited so long I ended up not eating my food at all. I only had two little tiny pieces of bacon on my loaded fries. Got the hot honey chicken which didn't get a knife to cut. We sat for well over an hour before we even got our food and sat for over half hour before an employee even spoke to us. Then was told our server went home after we were seated in her section so Noone knew we weren't waited on! Not too happy about it and definitely a terrible experience and the worst Applebee's I've ever been to in my life hands down. If you eat here order 2 drinks cause you might be waiting a long time for the second one after the first one is gone. Just recommend not even going to this one just save yourself the time and go to a different Applebee's.

I had lunch. The food was ok but the condition of the bar was a mess. It looked like it had not been cleaned as there were crumbs and dust on the what I would call the ledge. Also a film on the bar itself. I had to ask for a knife and the bartender had to wash it. I also had to ask for the dip that was supposed to be with my meal. I had heard from friends the service they had but gave it a try anyway. Used to be my favorite place to eat not anymore. Will not be back.

Got the OM-MI SANDWICH. VERY DISAPPOINTED. BUN WAS SCORCHED FROM THR HOT PLATE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT PUT ENOUGH CHEESE ON THE HOT PLATE. SO DIMT WAIST YOUR TIME. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET IT
