Was very pleased with this location! Extremely friendly staff, manager came by and checked on us, food was excellent, chicken penne and the parmesan steak with shrimp, broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes was excellent! Steak cooked perfectly medium!

Stopped in on a Tuesday night. Got seated quickly then everyone vanished. Got order in about 10 minutes later, after I got my food (chicken was way over cooked and dry) never saw her until it was time to pay. She offered me a to go cup and never came back. Probably won't go back to this one. There wasn't a lack of waiters, they were all congergating at the corner table. And acted like they didn't see anything.

Went there for daughter's bday lunch on a Sunday and the food was amazing, Corbin was an amazing server and manager even came out to check on everything. Had the seasonal pasta that was just delicious! Perfect lunch

We made a stop at the Applebee’s in Hays during our family road trip, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The service was warm, attentive, and fast — exactly what we needed after hours on the road. Our server checked on us often, made sure we had everything we needed, and the food came out surprisingly quick despite the dinner rush. Everything we ordered tasted incredibly fresh. We tried two of the new menu items — the Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger and the Chicken Parmesan Fettuccine — and both exceeded our expectations. The cheeseburger was perfectly melted with a rich cheese pull and came with a flavorful tomato basil soup. Ordered ahead for the order to be ready by 10:30pm, when we got there the order wasn’t ready until 10:45 and they didn’t even take the time to make sure the order was right. I ordered the blackened shrimp & andouille sausage penne and it only came with shrimp and penne. No peppers and no sausage. I expect to get half the money back in the morning for this dish since I was only served half the dish.
