Applebee's Grill + Bar

Sam was an outstanding host. From the first time we met on Veterans Day, he made a great impression and still remembers my name and face. The food was excellent, and the entire staff was attentive and friendly throughout our visit.

We ordered from the Applebee’s in Hammonton on December 11, 2025 with a scheduled Carside To Go pickup time. We arrived early, yet after waiting roughly five minutes, we were handed the wrong order. Ten minutes later, we were approached again and told our correct food would be out in about five minutes. Instead, it took an additional fifteen minutes before our order was finally brought out. While the staff was polite, the service itself was completely unacceptable. When we arrived home, approximately 20 minutes away, we discovered that none of the sauces we specifically ordered for each meal were included. This made the food bland and significantly diminished the quality of the meals. At that point, returning to the restaurant was not feasible. For a restaurant of this caliber and given

I ordered a steak through UberEats and, unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue. I specifically requested medium well done, but the steak arrived completely raw. I had to finish cooking it myself in a pan — which is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the price and the fact that this is supposed to be a ready-to-eat meal. This seems to be a recurring issue, not just a one-time mistake. I constantly receive undercooked meat when I order from here. It’s really disappointing that the restaurant doesn’t pay attention to such important details. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re expecting quality and accuracy with your order.

Food was delicious. Service was good too. One of our party asked them to turn the air conditioner down a little and it seemed like they did. Very accomodating.

Food was delish, service has a lot of room for improvement. The hostess was quick and friendly, however, once seated we were passed by for 15 minutes as if we were invisible. Once we ordered, the waitress brought the bottle of beer as ordered, when we asked for a glass, she brought it and put it on the edge of the table on the opposite side from the person who asked for it. Perhaps offering to pour it or at least put it by the right person would improve customer service. She also seemed rushed, like she didn't want to be there. Not the best experience. Maybe she was just having an off day. Might give it another chance.
