Applebee's Grill + Bar

I am 100 percent shocked at Applebees ! I had an amazing experience tonight ! It was my daughter’s birthday and the service was top tier. My waiter Christian was so great. I mean 10 out of 10. My meal for 2 came up to 30 bucks and when I say the food tasted GREAT…. I mean it !!! I had the grilled cheese burger . Man that was so good. I also had honey boneless wings …. Bruuuuhhhhhh. This location is perfect. Great service , great food, clean atmosphere.

We came in for a date night with our kid at a friend's place. We had a gift card from Christmas that we wanted to use so perfect opportunity. We were seated right away and greeted by our server Eric. I will say right now that Eric was amazing! He let us now about all the new and exciting menu items on the menu, what's popular, etc. He was very attentive, made sure we had what we needed, and helped make it a good time. The manager Joe also checked to make sure we had what we needed and was very appreciative when we let him know how great Eric was. The food was fantastic as well. Definitely get the bourbon street steak!

Eric was great! Incredibly talented, very clear on the menu, and had great recommendations for us. The manager on the floor, Chuck, tonight came through and actually entertained a conversation with us rather than the usual "thanks so much for coming, everything cool? Okay good." I got the fiesta lime chicken which is a great tex mex staple, my fiancée tried the bourbon street chicken and enjoyed it. Came out sizzlin and hot! This location has come so far over the past few years and id like to say theyve changed my opinion and view of their franchise. Instead of a once in a while customer id like to become an occasional regular for date nights, rather than going to similar fast casual establishments in the area.

The food was delicious, came out in a timely manner. The food was 10 out of 10. The Waitress was awesome, she helped us with drink specials. The Manager on staff served us our drinks and made us feel really comfortable. Definitely was a pleasant experience.

Christian was our waiter today. Applebees was very busy and some customers were adjusting to the time change. Christian maintained the utmost professionalism and calmness during our time of dining in. Let the manager (Billy) know of his performance. Service like this is what is needed. Christian checked on us multiple times during a very busy lunch hour. Needed to be commended for this service.
