Applebee's Grill + Bar

This visit on 11/15/25 was so AWESOME. Our waitress was amazing(Tiara). She had a lot of customers but, she did her rounds constantly. She made sure the food was to our satisfaction and it was 🤗. My husband was so pleased with everything also. Best Steak House in town. The cook I scored a 10. The service was so good I scored a10. Atmosphere was better that most places around. It was so good I forgot to take my pictures before I started but, my husband reminded me. Hand down they have an Amazing Team. I was dancing in my seat because my steak was so so good. Thanks for your service!!! Awesome Job!!!

I had a bad experience but thanks to the manager on the shift she made it better. Our server seemed like she didn’t want to bring us our drinks. I asked the manager for refills and our food to be remade and she was on it and quick about it without any hesitation and I just wanna say thank you to whoever was the manager on the shift on October 25th at 11:30pm. Ma’am you really had no problem with helping the table across from me and my table. You are an example of what a manager is supposed to be.

My girlfriend and I got sat at a table and we waited for 20 minutes, we never got any service. It was around 5:00pm and they did not have many customers. It was only me, her and a guy sitting alone in our section. All other customers were being served food and drinks. We had a waitress walk by our table several times and not say a word. She brought the guy his burger and it smelled burnt. We finally got the idea they didn’t want our money so we got up and left. One of the door greeters that was there when we were sat 20 minutes ago had the audacity to tell us to have a nice day. I know we’re not widely accepted for being a lesbian couple in North Carolina but I expected more from such a big corporation. Accomodating to customers. Best burgers. They used to not be that good but now they are soooooo good. Good salads. Drinks are never flat , tables and seats clean, good workers. Helpful managers. Good drinks. They dont have booster seats anymore im not sure why but other than that, everything is good. The prices are a little steep, but they have a 2 for $25. which is amazing. bourbon street chicken and shrimp is my favorite. Melted garlic butter and not burnt chicken like most other applebees do. Awesome location. 10/10 would recommend. Great atmosphere and lighting. However, if you want a tv, sit at the bar or hightop... only downside is i didnt see any booths near a tv.

We waited 40 minutes for food that we had to send back because it was still cold (cheese literally wasn't melted on the Mac n cheese burger) and then waited another 25 minutes just to get a subpar burger and fries we physically could not eat because they were so stale. Our waitress did not check on us at all. After getting the new cooked food, she asked if it was better than the other one without stopping, on her way to her 6 top that obviously was a better pay out, I guess. The manager came to see what was going on because the hostess let her know what happened with the first batch of food, and the manager had an attitude speaking to us, and was not helpful at all, aside from taking our food back. I would not recommend this place at all. And I would highly suggest better training for Alyc
