Applebee's Grill + Bar

Overall, the experience was decent. Our server and the GM were phenomenal, and I have zero complaints about either one. They both did an amazing job taking care of a situation that arose with one of my kiddos' food during dining in. Food could be more flavorful than it is, and there needs to be some changes to the restaurant as a whole, since everyone I spoke to in El Dorado said that it wasn't worth going to, but over all the ladies we dealt with made the experience better than it started out as.

Not busy but had to Wait to be seated Mozerella sticks came out fine but the rest of the food took AWHILE (2 entrees and 1 kids meal) No spoon provided for the yogurt w/ strawberries kids meal. Yogurt also comes on a very hot plate which is odd. Had to ask for a water refill When the entrees came out, our chicken Parmesan was missing the breadstick and was brought out halfway through our meal and it was overdone. Chicken Parmesan was salty and pasta sauce tastes worse than jarred pasta sauce. Grilled cheeseburger was good but their fries are a worse version of Wendy’s. The tomato soup wasn’t good. Ticket was $35.66 with Mozerella sticks, the 2 for $25 deal and 1 kids meal and all waters, no soda/flavored drinks. At the end of the day, I feel the quality of food is worse than McDon

Really bad meal. The service was the only redeeming quality. We had to squeeze in a quick meal before heading to the hotel. Should have picked something else. Dissapointed in the food. The guy taking care of us did okay but everything was out of sorts. The appetizer came out after the meal, chips were literally so old they couldn't be eaten, and the rest of the food was just okay. Bad choice.... avoid this one folks.

I had the worst experience here so did other people people literally left their food and walked out. I mean they paid a little bit, but the manager marked it down. I ordered a steak that was supposed to be medium rare and I got it well done my mashed potatoes were cold. I asked the lady three times for a side that she was supposed to bring me and she kept forgetting she disappeared for 20 minutes. People were waiting to order. Other people wanted their drinks refilled. She brought The wrong salad when I did not order I told her that she seemed upset then it took 10 minutes for me to get my salad and I got it with no dressing. I ended up having to ask a manager because she hadn’t came back and nothing was marked down. It was horrible food horrible service would not recommend!!!

I was just here today. Asked for the burnt wings with no sauce to re made. You guys brought me out the same wings again and an eye roll. How about fixing the issue here. Y’all suck. No comp of the wings no thing. No comp just disrespect. I should call my credit card company and send the charge back to you. Actually the amount of disrespect here at this place is mind boggling. Emailing everyone at your sorry garbage company. Going to be Chilis from now on. You need to fire that bartender and your yourself too.
