Applebee's Grill + Bar

For starters when.We go there they said they was in middle of shift change took10 mins to get seated. Nice seated took another 10 mins for the waitress to come to our table the manager finally got us so water and a pop then I ask ask for a drink from the bar when we ordered our food. Took over 10 mins for her to make it to the bar to order it. We seat there for along time in that time had a lot of time to look around the restaurant and saw so much water damage on the ceiling and black mode where the ceiling has leaked. The waitress came back once and got me a refill. Then waited about another 10 to 15 mins for our appetizer when it came the wife asked for ranch I timed it. It took over15 min and still no ranch wife spoke with the manager to let him know only thing he ask was what table w

Ordered the strawberry lemonade and had a dead fly in it!! Was a long wait to flag down any staff to make a new drink. Got the new chicken parmesan, should have known it wasn't going to be anything than average. And got a $15 salad, which tasted worse than a $4 bagged salad. Only finished our meal because of the price, otherwise see no reason to return. Took another trip Thanksgiving night after a long day of traveling. Had a limited "holiday menu" but it was just basic menu with no specials. Prices were jacked up 3x original price. Guess corporate relys on people who eat fast food on a holiday evening and can't cook with their own families. Didnt even stay let alone try to order

Good luck if you forget your wallet. They'll close an hour early, not answer the multiple phone calls, and stare at you through the windows. I get closing early, but if a table clearly forgot something important, you could expect a phone call soon. The waitress was great, no complaints about her. Whoever is in charge is a different story.

I love coming to this Applebees, my fiance and i absolutely hands down choose this store over any other. Tonight as we sit here, it was busier than normal. There are NEW bartender and server. If not new then we have not seen them before. Anyways there was a table that left with an older couple and there children it looked like. The girl cleaning the table went to look at the receipt then said pretty loudly to the bartender “they didn’t even leave 10% tip. Then they both began to talk crap about them for a few minutes. I don’t like that, yes i understand getting upset for not getting a good tip but you do get something an hour and then I’m sure you made other tips today. Anyways by far the worst experience we have had here…. But our server was amazing and the food is always good. Get yall

The waitress was absolutely horrible!! She paid little attention to us. We ordered appetizers that “the cook forgot to put in” after we had to ask where the heck it was at. I asked for ranch for them and after 5 minutes and waiting an hour we finally just asked for the check. Then she had the nerve to try an charge me for ranch I never got on top of no food. She did comp our drinks because she didn’t want to own up to her sucking at her job. Never will I EVER go back there!!
