My family took me for my 41st birthday! I wanted a family chill time and that’s what the atmosphere was that night! And what topped it off was the service! SHOUT OUT TO ALEX! He was amazing, he’s vibe and patience was exceptional! My kids loved the birthday singing experience as well.
I had a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to Conor. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. My food came out exactly how I asked, drinks were always refilled on time, and I never felt rushed.
Had a great time, Alex was especially the highlight of the night. We got some good laughs in with him, accommodating service, and fast food. He as well helped me determine vegan options I can enjoy due to a religious fast. Thank you Alex!
We got the 3 cheese penne pasta with chicken and steak with mashed potatoes. Food was delicious and our server was good too.
So… quiet. It felt awkward walking in, a slight increase in volume would help a lot. Food was disappointing, blame the corporation not the location. Service was super quick and servers were excellent, though. Applebees corporate needs to step up.
