Applebee's Grill + Bar

Incredible how Applebee’s just did an update to the entire building, maybe they should update some staff too! I arrived at 12:30am, the beautiful host with a bright smile greets me very well and professional, I said “Bar” and started making my way to find a seat available because most of the bar top was filled with dirty plates. As I sat down, I get the rolled eyes from the female bartender, as she does that, she does nothing to clean the bar top in front of me. I ordered a Mushroom Swiss Burger and a Sprite. She exclaims how “It’s been a day” I crack a couple humorous jokes and she replies ever so uneffortlessly “My sense of humor for jokes is null and void” with an exhausting moan. Seems to be the only upgrade here is the price of the menu...also the men's room smells like they store the rotten remains of whatever meat they use to make a 16 dollar patty melt....bread cheese and burger...16 bux.... was going to order a half price app.... the only worth while price friendly option but the stench of the restroom sealed the deal... no appetite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

The food was ok, but not worth the price. It took us sitting at our table for 25 minutes before a waitress came to ask us what we wanted to drink. She was not even our waitress. Then a different waitress ended up taking our order by my husband stopping her as she was walking by. She was not our waitress either. We saw our waitress for the first time when she brought us our appetiter, then to take away our dishes and pick up her tip. We should have tipped the 2 waitresses who were not our waitress and not our waitress who was assigned our table. The worst experience we have ever had.

Had a pleasant meal and drink but the server was extremely miserable since the moment we sat down. We were nothing but kind and patient but she was in a hurry to get our order in and when we proceeded to ask questions about items on the menu, she was cold and passive aggressive as if we’re suppose to know? She was clearly bothered by our existence for no reason and as the night continued her attitude stayed the same. She must’ve gossiped about us to her co workers because every person who walked by us gave us a dirty look and projected that onto our night.
