Applebee's Grill + Bar

Let's start by saying I hope management See's this and improve. First the staff is amazing the waitress was beyond great very nice very attentive 5 stars the ambiance was also good ram game on people were having a good time watching the game great now let's be honest I should have been packed for a Sunday and it was only half full and I was told that this location is mostly never packed even tho it's in a very heavy traffic area and how do you not have crazons for the kids come on you give them the coloring menus and you don't have any and i was told it wasn't a one time thing it's been happening for a while change the menu if you are not going to be giving small kids crazons now let's get to the main reason why it's not packed the whole quality is a hit and miss we got two seperate orders

I hadn’t been to Apple bee’s in well over 10 years, My spouse and I pulled up to have lunch around 2pm and I’m very glad we did. As we entered was greeted by a nice young man. Our waitress was Emana who was great with customer service. She worked the floor and bar like I haven’t seen in a very long time. This young lady made our experience very pleasant, the food was delicious the chef this day definitely came to deliver. I was completely satisfied with the whole experience.

Very disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. We waited a long time for our food and no one checked on us or explained the delay. Good service makes a big difference, and unfortunately this place really needs improvement.
