Applebee's Grill + Bar

The establishment is in a shopping center so there plenty of parking. I was greeted promptly as I entered the restaurant. I was seated immediately. My waitress came and greeted me quickly and took my order. My Food came out hot and fast. The Salmon was delicious. The atmosphere was amazing with pictures of great representation of Baltimore. There plenty of dining seating and a Bar with plenty of barstool seating. The bathroom was clean. The dining area was clean. The waitress was very attentive. The on table table made it easy to close my tab and leave.

Service was really bad. Waiter did not have any good customers service. No personality whatsoever. He kept forgetting stuff we order. I called ahead time to make reservations for my son party. They could have done way better. My food was good. & I still tip him

Place was cozy. Service was good (server Bee), Food was delicious too. If you around the neighborhood you should definitely stop by for dinner or quick bite…

Finally an Applebee's that was not a mess. The server Neesha seemed to be new but was pleasant. She did come back to the table to check on us. We ordered the all you can eat specials. The ribs and shrimp were good. Chicken not so good. The place was TOO cold. Lots of patrons were complaining. Do not order the sweet tea. It is tea and the server added sugar. Taste like colored water.

The cocktails were nice, but little or no alcohol was added. Didn't taste any at all. Usually kicks in later but not even that. Felt like I was drinking a mocktail. I could be wrong but the chicken smelt like it was fried in fish oil. The southwest salad was great, though. No complaints there. Hope to get better service when I come back again.
