Applebee's Grill + Bar

I have never had a worse experience at a restaurant than I did at Applebee’s and that is entirely because of the manager, Sherry. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming. When issues came up with our order (which took forever, by the way), instead of handling it professionally, Sherry responded with an attitude that was dismissive, defensive, and borderline rude. A manager’s job is to de-escalate situations and make guests feel heard she did the exact opposite. Rather than apologizing or trying to fix the problem in a calm, respectful way, she acted like we were inconveniencing her just by speaking up. Terrible service. First, I arrived and no one even bothered to give me a table. The manager had to come and get me one, but that's not even the problem. The restaurant was empty the moment I arrived. I waited 10 minutes and no one came to my table. All the waitresses were chatting and none of them were working. The service was awful. I got up and left.

Haley and Meyli were awesome! They go above and beyond for everything! Joe was great as well, very accommodating and professional. Food was great and desserts were amazing. Definitely recommend you come here!
