Stopped by Applebee’s and the service was disappointing from the start no greeting at the host stand and I had to wait while a table was cleaned. I ordered the Tipsy Cupid and it didn’t look anything like the picture, and I wasn’t offered the extra vibe shot until I asked. The Red Bull drink was good, but the OMG cheeseburger was just okay and didn’t come out sizzling. Worst part: my boyfriend’s beer glass was cracked at the rim (a safety hazard) and when I pointed it out, there was no apology—just a replacement glass and no compensation. I tipped because the waiter was nice overall, but I wouldn’t go back.
Food was excellent and drinks were GREAT! Alexia was our waitress and she was great! Those drinks for $6 were amazing and worth every sip. Great experience and cool vibe.
Re Grand Opening, restaurant was remodeled and it looks so nice! Very clean and the food was amazing! Antoine was our server and he was amazing. Very polite and humble person. We came in for dinner and it was very busy. He was very attentive and very professional. Thank you Antoine for your amazing customer service I appreciate you!

Alexis C was my waitress, I asked her for 5 minutes to look at the menu and I guess she took that as 30 minutes, just kept walking around and tending to new customers at the bar, I had to get up and go to the bar to get my food, she then put the appetizer on the table and left too quick for me to even ask anything, and after she gave me my entree it took her about 25 minutes to check on me again, and this restaurant is literally empty, she works the bar which had only one person there at the moment. Food was good besides my hard breadstick, but I didn’t feel like waiting an hour for another one so I ignored it. Terrible service, I’ve worked at an Applebees so I know stuff happens, but it shouldn’t be this many inconveniences when the restaurant only has about 7 tables to tend to with 3 ser
