Apex Twin Enviro - Canon City

I initially had Howard Disposal (before all the buyouts). They were awesome and I never had any issues with them. The customer service through Twin Enviro (Apex) is garbage. Not only has my trash service been missed, it has not been fully picked up on SEVERAL occasions. I cannot get anyone to answer my phone calls or emails regarding any issues. Due to this poor customer service, I have been trying to cancel my service for over 3 weeks, to no avail. I have several emails and recorded phone calls. I can not get anyone to answer me. The Canon City Office Manager Brenna Reinke has responded to ONE of my emails, because she thought I was inquiring about new service. I informed her I had been trying to cancel my service and receive my (over) $70 credit. It's not surprising that she didn't respo

They are not the friendliest bunch. Must not be morning folks. They make sure you know the company opens at 7:30am exactly. Our arrival was at 7:28am. Dropped off a cal king mattress for $20. They weigh your vehicle before and after. Only one entrance in and out of the fill. They require you wear a fluorescent vest while unloading. The fill itself is easy to access up a dirt road. Unloading is easy. Just throw away your trash and return to scale. Pay on the way out.

My trash hasn’t been picked up in weeks. Every time I call them they play music for the first 5 minutes I’m on hold and then it goes silent and I’ve waited up to an hour and no one ever answers. I’ve left several voicemails for a return call but they don’t return my calls. Yesterday I was sent an invoice for $200 in extra services that I’ve already paid for and have proof of. Also, I paid for them to come out and pick up extra trash and I watched these guys shove everything into their dumpster and crush it as glass and screws flew all over my driveway. I ended up with a flat tire because one of the screws went through it. They didn’t even pick up everything. They quoted me $125 initially, left the TV even though it was with the original quote and when I put it in my dumpster they took it

My trash was not picked up after a holiday. I called for two days before I got a hold of anyone. Then I was told they would have to review the cameras to see if my canisters were really out by the curb when they were supposedly skipped. Made me feel like I was the one that was lying and that my canisters Weren’t out in time to be picked up. They have been sitting there for two days prior to schedule pick up.. very disappointed in the customer service. They still haven’t called me back.

They try and double charge me every month. In the month of January they tried to triple charge. Me. They say it's pre pay billing but that doesn't really apply to getting charged double and triple every single month. I asked for a detailed bill since my bank shows every transaction. Their math isn't mathing
