Apex Bistro is my favorite! A hidden gem in Missoula for healthy food and friendly staff! I can either grab it on the go or relax in one of their beautiful spaces. They prepare fresh delicious food everyday with high quality ingredients that we all need to keep up in this fast paced world. Wish we had more of you sprinkled throughout town! So, I was driving by and I was hungry and I stopped in for lunch. I had the avocado toast, chips, salsa and guacamole & a beer. The food was great and I really enjoyed the restaurant. I was sitting there on my computer doing my work and it was only then that I realized that the restaurant was attached to a gym. I now have a great lunch spot where I can go and eat some food and..... Now I might be joining a gym too.

Love love love the Mud smoothie at APEX Bistro! I order it on the way to the bistro, then it's ready when I get there. Great service, delicious healthy smoothie!!

The smoothies are delicious. Changes in the listed ingredients are never a problem. A great plus is that any order can be made in advance. Orders are always ready on time for pick up.
