Either people don't know good food or I caught this place on a bad day because I am highly disappointed in the food I just received. I brought a turkey hoagie a cannoli and a hanks soda. This was the worst Italian shop hoagie I ever had. My bread was fairly hard. My Swiss cheese was cut way too thick and I asked for mayo and there is zero spread of mayo on the bread. I'm not sure what kind of turkey they use but it was so bland along with the lettuce and tomato , the only thing I could taste on the sandwich was the Swiss cheese. I also ordered a cannoli and it was so tiny. I will never get food from here again.
Antonio’s Deli cutlets seem to be a fan favorite here in Philly, and for good reason! I got a chicken cutlet sandwich and it was delicious. A ‘small’ was still decent and well priced at about $12. The cutlets were thin, crispy and fried well. The roll was just how I like it, seeded. Next time I’d get some type of sauce or specialty sandwich, as the mayo provided some moistness but not enough flavor.
Was working in the area, got lunch here all week. First off, whenever Sarcone’s bread is involved, you know you’re at a good spot. The cutlets were great and you get a healthy portion. The cheesesteak knocked my socks off (don’t worry I was wearing an extra pair!). You get the bang for your buck here. Can’t wait to go back!
No stars ordered a tuna hoagie, WHERE IS THE TUNA, this is a bread sandwich with whimpy old looking lettuce, people work to hard for money for stores to rip you off. This is a disgrace
Had my first ever authentic philly cheese steak and 100% was worth it. Great little deli shop. All the family enjoyed everything that they got.
