Anthony Franco's Pizza - Wayne

11/14/2025 Always looking for great pizza. Found a great place 'close' a few weeks ago, but didn't want to travel so far, so we ordered 'take out' from AF. I wonder about the 3.5 rating because we thought the pizza was just about as good as it gets. I ordered our pie 1/2 plain, 1/2 pepperoni... very thin and crispy... along with a side of mussels marinara. Ok, the mussels had a little sand (very little) but were plump with a very tasty marinara sauce. The pie was very thin and crispy as I had ordered. Really, a great pie that I would happily order again. Service, both on the phone ordering... and when picked up was very friendly. Might have to stop in and sit next time... It is a BYO.

AF has delicious food and I’ve been going there for years. However… the last few recent orders have had minor mistakes so I’m not writing this review to shun the business but rather provide true feedback. I had called in and ordered an Italian sub adding mozzarella to it and even double confirmed that on the phone to make sure. Whoever took the order understood because it was even written on the receipt of the sandwich. However when I received my order via delivery it didn’t have the added cheese like I asked. Whoever made the food I ask please throughly read the order of what is customized.

My Family and I have gone here for years. The food is always A++ and they always have amazing service and quickly bring out food even when our party is sometimes almost 20 people.

Decided to get lunch from this location. The order was called in, and I ordered the buffalo chicken wings and a slice of pizza. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and went to the counter. The food was ready and the price wasn't bad. I paid and left. When I dug in, I wasn't a fan of the wings. It was a but too salty, and the pizza needed more sauce, in my opinion. All in all, I had an ok experience.

Anthony Franco’s is one of a kind. Year after year, they are always going above and beyond to help the community. And it makes it even better that their food is DELICIOUS! They always support the Student Council at WHHS and we are so grateful for their generosity. I highly recommend everyone to try AF - it will be a new staple for you! They are the best!
