Annabelle's Famous Keg and Chowder House

The location is in the heart of the downtown the building is neat and has a historic vibe. The food was over priced and below average and our service was disastrous. She was pleasant but it took 20 mins for her to come to our table after we were seated. The restaurant was about 1/2 full. She for got drinks and never came back unless we flagged her down to check on where our food was. Unfortunate experience and was topped off by a cook leaving the men's restroom after using the toilet without washing his hands ugh
