You know when you eat something that has some good slap you in the face flavor 🤤 Angie's Delightful Bites nails it hard with their empanadas and salads. They have a variety of empanada filling options and accompanying sauces. My favorites are the Birria Steak & Cheese, Curry Chickpea and the BBQ Chicken. Angie puts her own unique take on the flavors so don't go in with expectations. I enjoy her Pineapple Jerk sauce with almost every empanada but her Soy BBQ sauce is a close second. I'm never disappointed whenever I order. Her Minty Melon Delight salad is light and fresh, perfect for the summer months. These empanadas are irresistible. Telling yourself you'll have just one is a lie, you’re going to want more. I highly recommend the lobster mac n cheese! It’s my favorite. The salads are exceptional and different!

We had Angie's barbecue chicken empanadas at the STooPS 2025 Summer Festival in Brooklyn. The food was hot and so tasty! The plantain fries were addictive with just the right amount of seasoning. Next time I'm in LIC, I will check them out for some of the more exotic bites.
