Angie Winners Kitchen

First time husband and I had African food. Always been wanting to try it. I'm glad out first experience was a excellent one. The food was great, I was so full but kept eating more anyways. The service was excellent, so very nice and friendly. We definitely will be back again to try some other things.

Angie Winner’s Kitchen was a wonderful experience. The food is cook to order and fresh. You can expect a short wait however, it will be worth the wait. I had the goat stew and rice and my husband had the ground nut soup with goat and kokonte. Everything came out fresh and delicious. The owner and chef herself came out to greet us and answer any questions we had. Definitely a 10/10 and we will be back.

If you are looking for fresh, perfectly executed, and truly memorable food, this is the place. ​The mains were the absolute highlight of the meal. The Jollof Rice and Beef was a phenomenal combination. The Jollof itself was deeply infused with tomato and spices, giving it that beautiful smoky, signature flavor

Just delicious every time. One of my favorite Ghanaian restaurants in DFW. Angie the owner is also so kind and warm. I love seeing her any time we visit.

Meat pie is delicious. Jollof rice tasted s but overcooked. Kind of like the hard rice at the bottom of the pot but mixed in with the goat stew it was a dish that will make you ready for a nap.
