Angel’s Ice Cream

The prices are pretty standard for ice cream shops. I used to have a go-to spot in South Sacramento, but after moving to Rancho Cordova, I found this place—and I’ve been coming here consistently for the past three years. Everything I’ve ordered has tasted great. They’ve made a few changes over time, but nothing drastic, and the quality and flavor have remained solid. It’s located in a shopping center, so it’s perfect if you want dessert after running errands, shopping nearby, or eating at one of the Mexican restaurants in the plaza or on the corner. A new kids’ play place recently opened in the same center, and we all know those spots tend to be pricey—so this is a great, more affordable alternative for a treat.

Forgot to snap a pic of the Banana Split! But our family really enjoyed these sweet treats! The split had some of the freshest strawberries I have ever tasted! Definitely coming back for my Elote and some fresh fruit cups. Absolutely amazing. The mint chip milkshake was delicious as well as my son's choice of ice cream, chocolate, taro (the purple ice cream) and bubble gum flavor actually had bubble gum balls in it loved that!

1st time here & it was good. We got Reg Ice Cream Cone (ok), Shaved Ice (which was more like snow cone Ice, but good) & Gunthers 50/50 (which was very good). The cashier was nice & friendly. For being 2 workers they were pretty quick. We'll definitely return to try different items.

I came here like a week or so ago for the first time with my wife and we both got the mangonadas, and man were they delicious! Staff was very polite as well. We'll definitely be back to try more of the desserts!

i love their chicken enchiladas but they always run out of it. They have mangonadas and some other yummy mexican salads and snacks. I usually go there after work for a quick bite. They also have Ice cream from sacramento’s voted best ice cream ‘Gunthers’. I highly highly recommend this.
