Angelo's Pizzeria & Ice Cream

Our first time visiting with our neighbors and it did not disappoint. The ice cream flavors offered were classic however to my surprise; the serving sizes were HUGE. For the price I expected a typical serving but they are giving you big serving and my 5 year old appreciated it 🤣. I got the butter pecan and it was very tasty. Can’t wait to come back and try the pizza!

First time here, and definitely the last! I always said I wanted to try their pizza, and I finally did. What a letdown! The sauce had no flavor, nothing! It was so bland that any store-bought sauce would've been better. And get this, it's got an Italian name, but it tastes nothing like Italian food. So, big no for me; I'm never coming back.

Hmmm...I wanted to give more stars. I'm kind of bummed because they use canned mushrooms and not fresh mushrooms. I also expected my sausage to be like meatballs due to this being an Italian pizzeria...hmm. I really do not like canned mushrooms! When I think of Italian pizza I think of pizza with meatballs and basil and tomatoes. None of theses are choices for topping. Let's do better Angelo's. The best part was the crushed red peppers.

Amazing pizza/Italian restaurant. Looks like a mom & pop place from the outside, inside dining area is higher scale. Waitress the night of Sept 29th, was nice, knowledgeable about the menu. Being out of town visiting the Arboretum, this was quick food with family atmosphere. Had a large calzone with a small white pizza. Split between 2 is more than enough. Sauce was sweet, and not tangy...was delicious. Then attached to the restaurant is an icecream parlor. Great combo.

Girlfriend went into this place to get a pizza (which she walked in and ordered hours prior), was told that there were “no orders” under her name which she had already PAID for. When mentioned she had paid, she was told “no you didn’t”. Then they looked in the freezer and found it and put it in. This so called “gentleman” was extremely rude and very unprofessional in handling the situation. The pizza looks terrible and quickly thrown together, doesn’t taste good, and we had to cut the pizza ourselves as he didn’t have the time to do it evidently. I’m thankful we had a free pizza coupon for this place because we just moved to the area. I will never be spending a SINGLE CENT here ever. Owners need to check their staff. Absolutely ridiculous.
