What happened to the baker??....the place is a mess and the bread just doesn't taste the same...

I love their bread because they make it like in Mexico. There are bakeries that make their different types of pastries but all taste the same,, like vanilla yellow cake. But at Angelo's, the Conchitas taste like they should,,, con su canela,,, the cochinitos have their own taste,, they're always baking and make sure you are going to get fresh and warm Bolillos. I appreciate this bakery because they don't cut corners.

Love their fresh pan! Pineapple turnovers are yummy! Right consistency of filling and dough ratio. They have old school bakery equipment and that is one of their secrets to having bomb pastries! Bolillo bread is in the bread oven warmer until ready for purchase! So fresh!

I came to this bakery today a little past 7AM and the bread was warm and fresh, I loved it! I brought some for work and the people loved it. I'm looking forward to go back and try some of their healthy juices and of course some delicious pan dulce. Gracias, su pan esta delicioso!

Best conchas I've ever had - soft and pillowy and moist and a lil chewy like BREAD! Not dry and cakey like other conchas.
