The staff was wonderful, upbeat, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! The pizza slices were great, portion size, quality and flavor were amazing. Not burnt, but perfectly charred and smoky in spots of the crust. Don’t sleep on the buffalo chicken slice, and make sure you get extra buffalo sauce.
High quality NY style pizza right in DC. Pizza was crispy with a sweeter sauce and fresh ingredients. Tried 3 different slices and all were great. Pepperoni cups are always the move and the mushroom/onion was a great specialty pie. Definitely give this place a try.
I came here during my lunch break on a weekday. All the pizza options were available and I got the buffalo chicken slice. I don't make that much $, but the pricing was totally worth it. ($6 I believe) The pictures don't do it justice, but if you like NY style thin crust with that grease drip, you'll love this. The crust had that dough bubble that I love, and you could hear the crunch echo throughout the cafeteria. I would love to see some gluten-light offerings in the future but for now? A quick bite for good quality? You won't be disappointed.
We are not from this area and we were trying to find something yummy and affordable for our family of 4. We walked in and were greeted. The staff could tell we hadn't been here before and offered some ideas. We each chose our slices. The pizza was delicious! My husband thought the Buffalo chicken was the best hes ever had! Also, shout out to Alan who went out of his way to help us. All the staff were kind! It's very clean and streamlined here! Found parking easy to get to Andy's in the food hall.
Across the street from The Lombardy. Pizza was not cheap, but well worth the price. It is cheaper to mix and match enough slices for a whole pie. Secret Service Police eat there and maybe you should also. There were plenty of seats and tables right outside of Andy's door. This is a great place to sit, eat, and people watch at anytime. We went between 7 and 8 pm, and the Pizza was as fresh as could be.
