Andy's Frozen Custard

I just received amazing service at the Oswego Andy’s frozen custard. I placed an order for a small and a medium vanilla custard with chocolate fudge in realized A mistake in the order. So I took it back and the lady at the window was amazing and offered me a quick and easy remake and apologized for the mistake. She’s was a prime example of what great customer service looks like by not just noticing the problem but offering a solution.

OH.MY.GOODNESS. Soooo Tasty!!! I got the Apple Pie concrete medium size and it was amaaaazing! The crust was in there and the flavor of apple pie was strong! Got my parents the ooey gooey flavor and that was also amazing (I sampled theirs)! I am definitely getting that next time! I highly recommend this place and am definitely coming back! It was raining when we went and there were heating lamps outside. Felt nice and toasty!

This place used to be good. The staff here does not care to do a good job. Last time we got the jitterbug and it barely had any espresso flavor and it was mixed poorly. So this time my wife asked if they could mix it evenly so it didn’t just taste like vanilla ice cream with Heath pieces. Again, they did a poor job like previous and it’s safe to say that they are being cheap with the toppings. This looks nothing like how they used to make them and nothing like the picture on the menu. Brewsters on Eola is much better and they even offer FREE ice cream for toddlers. Their rewards program is much better.

Excellent custard. Great service and location right off 30 and 34. Staff are always friendly and your order comes out fresh and quick. Assorted menu items from traditional cones to shakes and concretes.

Visited earlier tonight I got my 3 medium concretes with extra extra toppings and I wish I had remembered to have gotten the girls name whom came outside and took my order she was beyond helpful in explaining the point system to me and so friendly I appreciate her a lot and the young man at the window was so patient with me this was a very delightful experience and such a great vibe thank you guys :) 10 stars
