Andy's Frozen Custard

So annoyed!!! Why can't this place EVER get orders right?? One of us always gets a screwed up order, this time, they forgot my son's hot fudge completely. The bottom of concretes are still basically pure custard, they put little to no toppings, even when you ask for extra and PAY for additional. It's so annoying to want to look forward to going out locally for a weekend splurge, and ALWAYS end up feeling gypped. I was told before by a manager it was because of "school kids" etc...how is that honestly an excuse? Is there no accountability or protocol to ensure orders are done correctly? I swear they just clump some on top to make it look like it's well made when they hand it to you, when in fact, there is hardly anything else in the rest of the cup but custard. Absolutely NOT happy! We've been going to this location since it opened quite frequently as it's right up the street, but today I was given the nastiest and poorly put together order! I asked for a mint chip with extra mint and cookies, which I've ordered before and today when I got home to eat it the entire thing is chocolate! Now I know why the employee kids were laughing when they handed us our stuff. It's not even edible!!! Don't know if they were trying to be cute pouring so much chocolate in there, but it ruined it! That and the hot fudge sundae my husband ordered had hardly any fudge, still edible, but do better! Not thrilled AT ALL and now my concrete is going in the trash! Wasted money!

We absolutely love this place, our favorite ice cream spot. We have been here so many times I've lost count. I always get the same thing because it is that good. I get the James brownie funky jackhammer with chocolate custard. It is so sweet, so rich, just awesome. My wife usually gets the rico swave, she loves it as well. My oldest gets the strawberry tube, he usually really enjoys it. We just can't get enough of this place. Their consistentcy in the quality is top notch every time. The service is always awesome & super fast.

If you have never tried Andy’s, it’s the best food on the planet. My favorite is a vanilla concrete with peanut butter and melted chocolate chips, or any of their monthly/seasonal specials (like the butter cake sundae). One food you ABSOLUTELY MUST try at least once in your lifetime is the pumpkin pie concrete in the fall. Minus one star because I like for my favorite treats to be identical no matter the franchise location, and this location sometimes does things a little different from the others (over- or under-mixing, different amounts of mix ins). But no matter what, it’s still so delicious I rarely end up caring.

I love going here with my family and friends to get a treat! They have such cravable custard!! Jazzy is always really great every time we stop in! Can't wait to go again!
