I love the mini cheesecakes here, they’re so perfectly made. My fiance loves the cream, jelly and custard filled donuts as well as the carrot cake muffins. So obviously we have to get all of the above. The pricing is well worth the quality. Will always be back. Update a year later: quality is still exceptional and the business is still incredible. No change :)
Nice little bakery. Glazed Donuts were soft and fresh. Cinnamon roll is big. I think it was a bit dry. Needed more glaze. The buckeyes were different. Not my favorite. First time there and it was oka. Decent prices. Very kind and helpful staff.
Special request for a cheese cake... 😲 the absolute best I have had in years! Better than my MAMMA made! Worth every penny! Thank you! Delicious! 😋 😋 😋
Brings such joy to find wonderful business like Andrew's. Staff was very helpful and pleasant at 0700. So many delicious looking confectionary choices. The Long John was creme filled with a chocolate icing. The crushed nuts were a nice added touch. The donut was perfect and the creme amazing. The nuts added a delightful texture. Glad I had the oppturnity to visit.
As a little girl, my aunt lived across the street from the Washington St. Bakery. As kids, we would simply walk next door and get THE best cut out cookies with a glaze and sugar sprinkles that melted into the glaze. My cousins and I would beg the owners for more cookies, and they were always delighted to bring us smiles and come around the counter to hand deliver them. For years we tried to recreate them and the hint of almond we knew was there. They were magic. So one day (years ago) we tried out Andrew’s. I had heard that someone in his family knew the owners and he got their recipe. I was transported to 1982 at first bite. There weren’t melting sugar sprinkles on top but everything else was identical. Pure nostalgia. The kind of stuff hard to find in America today. Small town, han
