Anderson's Seafood & Catering

We used Anderson’s Seafood & Catering for our reception at a local campground and had an amazing experience. Ted was in constant communication with me for months leading up to the event and worked closely with us on the menu, asking all the right questions to ensure everything ran smoothly. We specifically wanted a pig roasted on-site, and he was able to make that happen. They also coordinated a bartender for us, which made planning even easier. The entire event went off beautifully and the food was incredible. We could not recommend Ted and his staff enough for catering any event.

Ted's a great guy and the fish he sells is the best I've ever had. The salmon is with out a doubt the best you can get, anywhere. My wife lived in the great northwest, Seattle and she thought when she moved here it would be the end of great salmon. She says this is even better. Great crab cakes, shrimp and more. Anderson’s has the best fresh fish around. They were very helpful in directing me to the right fish to buy and have me tips on how to make my own sushi. They only come to Charlottesville during the weekends and they have a truck with a tent set up.

I have been buying wonderful seafood from the Anderson family for many, many years. Ted and family have taken care of me and always endeavor to be helpful and offer suggestions. Their crab cakes and salmon are at the top of my list!
