Ana's Cuisine

Everytime I come here it's a good time. Ana always takes care of me, her food is delicious, and flavors are consistent! From chicken adobo, pork sisig, and lechon kawali just to name a few. Thank you for bringing a taste of the philippines to little ole midland, texas 🙏. Salamat, po!! Blessings 🙏

Wow Ana. You knocked it out the park with this plate it’s amazing. The pancit was flavorful and delish. But by far my favorite thing I miss from my trip to the Philippines is Lumpia and wow did you delive an authentic culinary delight. Geez I can’t recommend this food truck enough. She is in the midland park mall parking lot.

My favorite Filipino food in Midland, Ate Ana's authentic Filipino food brings me back to my Homeland's taste. My all time favorite beef caldereta,(beef stew) the coconut cake, her sticky mango rice and ofcourse Lumpia.

Ana is amazing, her food taste fresh, flavor and you can never go wrong with whatever you pick on the menu
