An Ocean Bay Bed & Breakfast

Feels like HOME! I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in Kodiak. We have stayed here at least once a year for the last 15 years. Within walking distance to the harbor and local restaurants. The view of the harbor is breathtaking, love seeing seals, birds and even orcas. The hosts are amazing!! wish I could give them 10 stars!

We just had a wonderful stay at Rachel’s lovely apartment in Kodiak. We were in the upper unit and the view is spectacular. The unit is absolutely spotless and so comfortable. The kitchen is as well equipped as my home kitchen. And Rachel is a perfect host......kind, efficient, knowledgeable, considerate and a delicious quiche maker. We truly couldn’t believe the breakfast items she provided. I can’t imagine there is any nicer place to stay in Kodiak......and the location is great.

Always an amazing stay in Kodiak. Rachel and Dale do a great job and know the best places to adventure when on the island.

I would travel here just to stay at this place! |Second time my daughter and I stayed here. Came to visit my brother and nieces, and this landing spot was SO perfect! Small washer and dryer was super helpful. Full kitchen was used the whole week. Small for an apartment, but very gracious for a vacation rental! We've enjoyed the lower unit, which still has a frickin' amazing, world class view!! Less than 10 min walk to Harborside Cafe. | Rachel and Dale are super hosts. Couldn't be happier with my vacation. Had everything we needed except a pool! Went downtown for that. <3 <3 <3

I stayed here 4 nights in the lower unit. Rachel is a warm, knowledgeable hostess who goes out of the way to accommodate. The unit was spotless and so comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with so much food for breakfast, including delicious blueberry muffins. Great tv, WiFi connection, great views of the harbor for watching the fishing boats come and go. She even saved the day for me when my rental car would not start as I was leaving to go on my bear viewing excursion. Thanks Rachel for everything— would recommend this B&B to anyone coming to Kodiak!
