Amazing food great service staff. I had the chef omakase, the chef was very kind and personable he told me about that he was a chef for 25 years originally in Japan. He explained all the dishes and treated me very well for it being my first time trying sushi and authentic Japanese food. I would recommend this place highly. The chef omakase is 144$ per person so it’s kinda pricey but worth it if you can I will be coming by back here my next time in San Francisco.

First time here with friends. They changed ownership, new chef with high quality sushi. Love their sake choice, many varieties, ask the servant for your preference. Reservation, walk-in is very unlikely get the seating. Tried $150 course, well spend.

This restaurant was a most happy find on Christmas Day, we had the 12-course meal and enjoyed every single bite of it. Flavors are balanced and the service is impeccable. We all fell in love with the Toro sushi, and the pear sorbet is amazing! A big plus for the beautiful china, decorations were delicate and nice.

5 stars cuz new family biz. Good value, I think new owners will eventually be able to carry on An’s tradition of providing access to seasonal fish at a reasonable price.

The quality of the food was exceptional, and the restaurant’s cozy ambiance made the whole experience even better. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
