Absolutely Delicious! A Must-Try Spot! Today was our first time visiting Amy’s Pastellios, and to say we enjoyed it would be an understatement. We originally discovered it through a post on Instagram, and since my brother lives in PA, we decided to give it a try—and we’re so glad we did! The flavors were on point! I’m a pretty picky eater, but every flavor combination we tried absolutely hit the spot. My personal favorites were the yuca and gandules pastellitos (which are vegan!), the fried cheese with guava, the arroz con gandules, and the yuca en escabeche—all full of flavor and beautifully balanced. My family also loved the chicken, beef, margarita, and mushrooms with cheese options. Each one had its own distinct taste and was clearly made with care and quality ingredients. I wish I had
I love Amy's Pastelillos! After hearing so much about them in the news and their many awards, our team was excited to have them participate in a food tour event by having them cater trays of pastelillos to our event. They were extremely careful with our order and even helped us with a few accommodations. These were such a hit and extremely fulfilling. I can't wait to go back for more.
Amy's Pastelillo's is delicious and with every bite, you can taste the love put into making the food. I ordered from here for a staff meeting and immediately, we all committed to ordering from Amy's again. We ordered for the team today and again, Amy did not disappoint! I love the arroz con gandules, and the coconut ranch sauce is so yummy! Even without the sauce, the pastelillos hit!!
This place is upsetting to Puerto Ricans. The pastellios are mid, over priced and salty. The pork bbq one is way too sweet and the pollo guisado was salty also leaving the rice soggy with how much caldo they put over the rice. Almost $70 just for 6 mid pastellios that’s the size of my palm and a heart attack waiting to happen pollo guisado. The yuca salad was not even fully cooked and hard. Don’t recommend! Im 100% Puerto Rican and will never recommend anyone to go here. Worse experience ever. Only thing good I got from that place was La parchita sauce that they had for sell.
Food was delicious! Reminds me so much of my grandmas cooking! People that work there are sooo nice! Can’t wait to order again and recommend to others!!!!
