Amy's Ice Creams

Fabulous location! Grace provided excellent service--very friendly and engaging. She made sure that the pint I was getting was packed tight and full! The Zilker Mint Chip has a great smooth flavor. The Mint doesn't have an overpowering taste. Also, the ice cream isn't full of artificial colors to make it an obnoxious green. The store is a happy place to be. It's colorful and open. All the signage is engaging to the eye. Parking is very easy.

This place does not respond to feedback at all nor do they have anyway to contact the owner. I've had numerous issues here that I've attempted to contact someone about but to no avail. Today I found a hair in my milkshake, but the manager wouldn't even come out to talk to me... We love Amy's as an institution but AVOID this location at all costs! Just keep going to the one off 183

Fantastic ice cream, as usual, but the girl with all the junk metal in her face is anything but family friendly and same for the sex-themed flags hanging about. Next time I’ll leave my daughter in the car, she’s safer there.

Shannon and Olivia we’re super helpful with my online order. I messed up ordering to the wrong spot, but they completely took care of me and called and made arrangements so I could pick up at the right location. They saved our valentines day and the chocolate strawberries looked amazing, can’t wait to taste them.
