Amigos/Kings Classic

If you "eat with your eyes" it's very appealing but as soon as your taste buds get a chance to join in, it was party over for me. I just remind myself it's fast food. It's not by any means authentic Mexican food. The staff is very friendly and the place is very nice. The donuts aren't too bad. For me it was a try it once and I'm done.

Pleasantly surprised. 1st time trying this place and it was definately suprised. I like that the beef isnt over seasoned like other places. The "Enchilada" dinner is what we call a Burrito anywhere else. None the less, it was pretty tasty. The Star of my take out order was the Crisp Chicken Burritos. My new favorite!!!

Ordered catering for our staff and had excellent delivery service, great customer service and the food was perfect for a quick bite to eat for our staff. Thank you to Jazzi and her team for having amazing customer service!

I was able to get my Crisp Meat Burrito and Soft Beef Taco fix at 9:30am. It's rare to find anyplace that serves anything but breakfast food before 10:30 am! I read online that the lunch menu was served even in the morning at Amigos, I didn't believe it, so I had to find out for myself, and it's true. The food tastes just as good as when 14th St Amigos was our late night spot while at UNL in the early 90s. I was pleased to see ranch and four different flavors of salsa on the salsa bar. Before the salsa bar returned following the pandemic, there was a charge for a small condiment cup of ranch. BiG improvement, there. I don't believe we'll ever see a return to the pre-pandemic salsa bar, with jalapeño slices and the warm queso pump, but the Diablo salsa is plenty spicy so I didn't mis

Amigos used to be so good but things have changed sadly. Went to this location today and two of our soft tacos weren’t as ordered and neither was our chips and cheese. I still like the soft tacos when made correctly but it might be awhile before I visit again.
