What part of “KEEP REFRIGERATED” did they not understand? Why they didn’t place it on the porch in the shade is beyond me…If I hadn’t received the notice of delivery from you, my script would have been in little puddles. Love the text communication though, it keeps me notified every step of the way.

Great Customer Service, as usual. Quick response & delivery. My ONLY complaint is that the delivery driver doesn't bother to knock, just leaves package on doorstep. Your text notifying delivery has taken place is when I know it's here. Poor Customer Service on their part; come on... it doesn't take 3 seconds to knock & go.

I did receive my package on said date, however I specifically asked that it be placed in the box next to the front door. It was not left there, but on my front bench instead. Even though it's stated right on the package as well. My bench is more open to be seen so I didn't want anything taken is why I gave directions.

Tillys did an awesome job. Loved the bathing suit that was in the store but did not have the sizes I need. Everything was ordered directly on the spot and shipped to my house very quickly. Great experience and great customer service.

Awesome customer service!! I was at church and the driver couldn't get a hold of me at first, but he continued to call because my address is in the middle of nowhere. I told him he could leave it at my neighbor's house since GPS will direct you to their house, but will not bring you to the right address for mine! He didn't give up though! When I got home my package was on my porch!! I am impressed that he didn't take the easy way out and leave it at my neighbor's!! Thank you guys!!!!
