AmeriShip Parcel Delivery

Med delivery as expected. Love the pharmacy, BUT do not appreciate the delivery service/driver. This is her second delivery (left review about this already) and today I asked her in person not to park on our driveway! It’s not her house! We park our cars inside garage for a reason. Please be respectful of private property. Park on street and walk on sidewalk like all deliveries. Same driver and when I asked her today to not do that she kept walking away. I Don’t expect her to be educated but have some manners when a client is speaking to you politely. Train your delivery people! Respect private property and stop leaving dark tire marks from her old car on it. RESPECT RESPECT RESPECT.

Super friendly! And when he realized he was at the wrong house he didn’t leave down by the road next to our address for any porch pirate to grab… he looked around and figured out where we live! We share a driveway with our neighbors so it can be confusing at first but not too hard when you look up and see there’s another house! I really appreciate him making the effort to find us. I put up signs but no one seems to use them! Great delivery service! Very happy!

I greatly appreciate the heavy knocking on the door for alertness as well as someone making sure that I sign. Because before they would just drop it off without a clue that my package was even delivered. Until I realized kids playing catch with my package as I see it being thrown from hand to hand as a toy. Kids would be kids though. Anchor pharmacy need to be Anchor Pharmacy 😜 . There was no way that I could find to run the tracking number information I was given. The smartkargo website was entirely geared to engage new shipping clientele and boast and dote on themselves and their services. Nothing was consumer, end recipient, oriented. Not an end-user friendly site at all. The company which shipped to me using this carrier had a shoddy tracking available with only very basic and old information and no realtime tracking capabilities. The pkg showed it arrived in my city, Miami, 2 days before ever being out for delivery and was more than a day later than the tracking info on the vendors site stated it would be. When it didn’t go “out for delivery” per the manufacturers site on the delivery date I found all these pitfalls and flaws within the tracking and carriers h

My order got here at the earliest allowable date despite there being a glitch on my doctor’s end. They reached out to my doc, worked it all out, and had it here even earlier than planned. Extremely satisfied this month!
