They have everything. In the store so you can look at it and make sure you are getting the right part. The guy behind the counter understands how window cleaning and janitorial things work. They also have so many kitchen supplies. So glad I drove over here to get replacement parts for my Ettore squeegees. Cost slightly above the Amazon cost. But got the parts replaced right away, no waiting. Plus picked up a window scrubber. Will be back to get the extension pole when I check to see what length is needed. Many lengths and several styles are in stock.
