Amazing family friendly company! If you want to be treated with kindness and respect GO HERE! Lovey girl at the front Emily she was able to get me the monitor I needed, help me pay over the phone and meet me at 5am the next morning to make sure I got the monitor I needed for our job site since our flight didn’t land until late that night. Way to go American Safety!

I’ve been using this company for the past 4 years for all the PPE and safety things we need for the guys. So it’s very frustrating when I have to wait 20 some minutes for the guy in the back to grab a few dozen gloves but when I asked the young lady up front what the hold up was she went and grabbed them within a few minutes. I’ve also placed a few orders for pick up and I have never received a call regarding them being ready for pick up but when I call in they tell me the warehouse guy said he called on whatever date but for some odd reason I never got a call going on my 3rd pick up order. Definitely need to work on this so called warehouse guy. It’s very frustrating cause American Safety is obviously going down hill regarding orders and getting things out to people in a timely manner.

Horrible management of process. For the third year in a row, we pay the fees, get our employee to drug test get the results and still no certification or paperwork. We call and they say they’re sending it right away and we get nothing. We call again and they say they’re sending it right away and we get nothing. This is a repeated cycle for the past three years and I have waited three years to put this review up. We are a trucking company, like many others, a very reputable one and it is disgusting to have to deal with these people. There is no management you can complain to. They just don’t do their job, but you have to take time out of your busy day and keep calling them and pestering them to send you documentation that they are obligated to send you once you’ve completed the process. Place is really a "one stop shop" store when it comes to getting any type of ppe.. The sales girl in the front was really kind for helping me and my guys out with fit tests . Super kind and helpful!

The company I work for has been using american saftey services drug testing lab for quite a few years now and have been very pleased. They are really fast and get your employees in and out. This is important when it comes to employees that are paid by the hour and testing on company time. Very courteous, knowledgeable, sanitary and professional. Robert helped me today He made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions but most importantly, he made me feel valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend this business and will continue using them.
